Summary
The young girl Wisteria has sacrificed her eyesight in order to compensate for entering into a contract to live with the immortal demon Malbus. During a journey to find Malbus’ former breathren, they come across a forest garden: the place where Malbus’ former contractant Ofelia devoted her life to researching the “Rose of Hope”. She once said, “After I’ve died, I want you to see the rose bloom with your own eyes.” But the garden she left behind has been mercilessly laid to waste, and there’s nothing left to see…?
